Here is a summary of today鈥檚 Enterprise Technology & Services (ET&S) Tech Briefing:

Have Workday Questions? Join a Drop-In Office Hour Session 
To Know: Join our live drop-in office hours to address questions related to FDM, FOAPAL changes, expenses, travel reimbursements, hiring (staff, students, and faculty) and time tracking.  
There will be two types of drop-in office hour sessions:  

  1. Sessions for Finance questions occur every Tuesday from 11:00-Noon and Thursday from 2:00-3:00 p.m.
  2. Sessions for Human Resources questions occur every Wednesday from 10:00-11:00 a.m. and Thursday from 1:00-2:00 p.m.

Need to Submit a Workday Ticket
To Know: As you use Workday, questions may arise as to how to perform new processes. First, please check the  for helpful job aids.

To Do: To check on the status of a ticket: If you need to check on the status of a ticket: Click on  > "My Tickets". In the Status Class field, select "Select All".
NOTE: If the ticket you want doesn't automatically appear in the list. Click Search. Then open the ticket and the status is in the upper right corner.
