The Strategic Sourcing Team within procurement conducts strategic procurement activities in partnership with Â鶹ÊÓƵÏÂÔØ stakeholders to ensure that there are existing master contracts in place to cover the majority of purchases required by Â鶹ÊÓƵÏÂÔØ departments, where aggregate spend across the system is $35,000 or more. This ensures that preferential terms and pricing are available and facilitates faster procurements for campus departments who can quickly issue a purchase order on an existing contract as requirements for goods and services arise.
